As part of DePaul's Experiencial Learning Program, I joined other students to form an Agile development team to revitalize their website.
Old
The client's old website had several layout and design problems. The client wanted a fresh, modern, and accessible website to properly display their Brand. We worked with the client to completely redesign their site, as well as design new features to revitalize the site.
New
The new site features a new layout, color scheme, images, text, and improved implimentations of the site's Gallery and Inquiry Form. The site was designed to be maintainable and expandable, with ample documentation for design and technical decisions for future teams to utilize.

Our team used an abridged Agile approach to development, utilizing 2 week sprints with weekly client check-ins to ensure the client is satisfied with our progress and direction. As an Agile team, we all participated in development and documentation tasks, with some specialization.
